Enjoyed a great panel discussion, opening by highlighting some of the positives that have resulted from the events over the last 2 years. The pandemic highlighted the importance of communicative and relationship driven supply chain resilience and the need for meaningful collaboration across sectors, to capitalise on what we have learned in order to find solutions.
Disruption will cease to be disruption and will become the defacto operating model. Trading landscapes will become increasingly volatile as a standard. Supply chains will need to adapt to this new norm. Benchmarks will evolve and change; with an increasing focus on delivering commitments where demonstrable sustainability will be a competitive advantage.
